Once an order has been placed you will automatically receive a SSV purchase confirmation email outlining your order number, receipt number, products purchase, value of goods and transaction status.
If you have not received this email, please contact DMC Sport at enquiries@dmcsport.com.au to confirm your order, including double checking the email address provided on the order.
If you have ordered a product that is on pre-order, there is generally a delay in delivery, which is stated in the description of the product. We require full payment to secure this stock.
The SSV Store may feature 'exclusive' pre-orders on products to give first preference on delivery to those who purchase earlier than the release date. In the event additional items are ordered these items won't be shipped until you're pre ordered item is in stock.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure items listed online are in stock, occasionally some items will be temporarily out of stock. Products will be made unavailable until the items become readily available for purchase. However in the instance whereby products are unavailable, The SSV Store will advise you of the back dated article/s and will contact you as soon as possible.
Upon dispatch of your order, an email will be sent indicating your tracking number. If you have not received this within 2-3 business days please email enquiries@dmcsport.com.auquoting your order number and we will track this for you.
We use reliable mailing services, however mishaps sometimes do occur. All items are checked thoroughly before packaging with care. Should a package be delayed, arrive damaged or not at all, please contact us promptly so we can discuss the issue by emailing enquiries@dmcsport.com.au.
All goods are sent with the greatest care. DMC Sport is not liable for any damage that is caused during the delivery process. Any claims please email enquiries@dmcsport.com.au and we will be happy to assist you in the unlikely event.
We ask that you choose your items carefully before placing your order. No refunds or exchanges are availablle for personalised products.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase or need to change your size, please complete the returns form here.
You may return it within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund providing the following is met:
- Original proof of purchase is supplied
- Goods are in unworn/unused original condition with swing tags still attached
- Goods are returned within 30 days of purchase.
Please note we do not offer exchanges, your return will be refunded and you can purchase your new item from the shop. As for 'Change of Mind' or orders made in mistake, we will NOT refund the shipping portion of the order.
